REPLACEMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove an air inlet sleeve (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
4. Empty the tank of hydraulic liquid.
5. Lift the car.
6. Remove protection of a case and a domkratny plate.
7. Disunite one of nipple sockets of connection of hydraulic lines A and B to the central part of a case of the steering mechanism and connect the piece of a vinyl hose suitable on diameter to the reception union. Having several times turned a steering wheel against the stop in both parties, merge hydraulic liquid.
8. Disconnect the second hydraulic line and repeat the procedure of a vypuskaniye of hydraulic liquid described in the previous paragraph.

9. Establish an oil receiver of ST 34199AE040 on a jellied mouth of the GUR tank and half fill it with fresh hydraulic liquid.

10. Supporting the initial level of liquid in an oil receiver, start rotating slowly a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop. Continue to rotate a wheel before the termination of formation of bubbles.
11. At an air podsasyvaniye in tubes owing to excessive lowering of level of liquid in an oil receiver, wait for about half an hour, then repeat procedure, having begun with check of level of liquid.
12. Start the engine on single turns and continue to pump over system, slowly rotating a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop, - generally air has to stop being emitted already on the third or fourth cycle, otherwise it is necessary to wait about half an hour more, then to repeat pumping procedure.
13. Kill the engine and lower the car on the earth.
14. Again start the engine on single turns and repeat procedure of pumping of a hydraulic path, - continue to rotate a steering wheel until bubbles do not cease to be formed. If thus liquid level in an oil receiver falls more than by 3 mm, bubbles will not disappear from a surface, or the steering pump will start publishing a gnash, wait for about half an hour, then repeat procedure.
15. Having turned a wheel from an emphasis against the stop at the working engine, examine available nipple connections of a hydraulic path of GUR on existence of signs of development of leaks (do not forget to wipe previously carefully the line). In case of need replace the failed nipple components, or perezatyanit cap nuts with the demanded effort.
16. Having finished pumping, establish into place a domkratny plate and protection of a case.
