REMOVAL
|
|

1. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove back wheels.
2. Remove a forward extension of a stretcher (see the Section Removal and installation of forward extensions of a back stretcher).
3. Remove bearing assembly (see the Head Stsepleniye).

4. Turn out fastening bolts to the lever of basic arms of a cable of the drive of the parking brake, a brake hose and plait of an electrical wiring of the wheel ABS sensor. |
5. Remove a board of the brake mechanism and tie up it to a suspension bracket element.
6. Give a fastening nut to the longitudinal lever of a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability.

7. Give a fastening bolt nut to the lever of the lower support of the shock-absorber. |
|
|
8. Prop up the leveled horizontally longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket a transmission jack. |
|
|
9. Turn out bolts of fastening of the longitudinal lever to the car bottom. |
10. Release nuts of axial bolts of fastening to the longitudinal lever of cross levers of a suspension bracket.
|
|
11. Release a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the top cross lever of a suspension bracket to the longitudinal lever. |
12. Take axial bolts and remove the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
13. Check the lever for existence of deformations and other mechanical damages, estimate a condition of rubber-metal plugs. In case of need replace defective components (see below), or the lever assembled. |

DISMANTLING
Forward plug

Establish a mandrel And from ST 20099AE020 set on a press bed by the party with a big internal diameter up. Lay the forward end of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket with the plug acting from it on a mandrel And, from above establish a mandrel In and squeeze the formed design a press. Having released a press, take the forward plug which is squeezed out of the lever from a mandrel And. |

Back plug

By means of a mandrel With from a set of ST 20099AE040 and a standard stripper of bearings squeeze out the back plug of assembly of the longitudinal lever. |

ASSEMBLY
Forward plug
|
|
|
|
Establish a mandrel And from ST 20099AE020 set on a press bed by the party with a smaller internal diameter up. Lay on a mandrel the forward end of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket (the outer side down). Fill in the lever the new plug, from above establish a mandrel In and squeeze the formed design a press, pressing the plug in the lever.

At installation of the plug track that it appeared the developed marking put with paint up and in the correct direction concerning the lever. |

Back plug
|
|
|
|
Zapressovyvaniye of the back plug in the longitudinal lever is carried out by means of a standard stripper for bearings and mandrels of C and D from ST 20099AE040 set, - the plug refuels previously in a mandrel of D. |

|
INSTALLATION
|
|
|
1. Prop up the longitudinal lever a transmission jack and bring him on the regular place.
2. Establish axial bolts of fastening to the longitudinal lever of cross levers and temporarily tighten their nuts.
3. Establish stupichny bearing assembly (see the Head Stsepleniye).
4. Fix basic arms of a brake tube, a hose and an electrical wiring of the wheel ABS sensor on the longitudinal lever.

5. Having turned, get a regular automobile jack between the back cross lever of a suspension bracket and a stretcher and adjust it so that openings in the lower support of the back shock-absorber were combined with reciprocal openings in the cross lever.

In order to avoid damage of a stretcher enclose rags under a jack head. |
|
6. A transmission jack level the longitudinal lever horizontally and tighten with the demanded effort of a nut of axial bolts of cross levers, and also bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber and actually longitudinal lever.
7. Establish into place a forward extension of a stretcher.
8. In summary drive away the car on car repair shop for check and adjustment of corners of installation of back wheels. |
